Unique Qualifications
In order to qualify for any of the above titles, one must;
- Complete a 4/5 years Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition, Nutritional Sciences, Nutrition and Dietetics etc.
- Complete a one-year Dietetics Internship program/Practicum placement,
- Pass a National/Regional Registration examination for proficiency and competency
- Meet annual continuing professional education and development requirements.

- Identifying nutritional challenges developing dietary management and care,
- Assessing nutritional needs of populations,
- Developing diet plans and counselling individuals and patients,
- Developing menu plans and recipes,
- Health and wellness promotions.
